One of the main tasks National Radiation Epidemiological Registry (NRER) is monitoring health status people exposed to radiation as a result Chernobyl accident, and provid-ing them with targeted medical care. To optimize use resources dedicated mitigating effects it reasonable identify at higher risk, needing priority risk directly proportional dose indi-viduals received, also depends on age, sex persons their baseline (in absence radiation) rates. Among all been registered in NRER Cher-nobyl cleanup workers (liquidators) received highest doses. determine group solid cancer among liquidators, an estimate attributable fraction, ARF, was used. liquidators observed 2020, 709 persons, 1.45%, were cancer, ARF values exceeding critical value 15%. If drops 10%, increases 28% total number cohort members. The size can be increased or reduced values, depending current social economic sit-uations. However, according international experience assessment results presented paper, may selected within range between 10 20%.
